Development Youth Services Zambia has signed an MoU with GIZ to collaborate in the Governance and Democracy advocacy work in 2011. The acting executive Director Mr James Banda signed on behalf of Deyos-Zambia while Dr. Marion Teichmann for and behalf of GIZ in Livingstone.
Development Youth Services has engaged the livingstone City Council on issues of sanitation due to the size of the City with its growing population only to be served by 2 public restrooms in the City centre...The organization has gone futher to lobby the office tof the District Commissioner to work with them on this issue as it will enhance and improve the quality of Livingstone as a tourist destination.
